RezT Support

Write to support@vikasa.studio. Tell us your iPhone and Apple Watch models, your iOS version and what happened. A screenshot helps.

RezT Plus

• Manage or cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RezT.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Deleting your RezT account does not cancel your App Store subscription.

Apple Health

• RezT reads sleep, heart and activity data you allow in Apple Health. Change access any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → RezT.
• Readings need a few nights of data before they settle. If a reading looks empty, check that your Apple Watch is worn to sleep and that Health access is on.

Your account and data

• Scores are calculated on your iPhone and Apple Watch. You can use them without an account.
• Export Coach data: Coach settings → Export Coach data.
• Delete your account: in the Coach tab open Coach settings, then Your account → Delete account and data.
• The privacy policy explains what is sent to the cloud and when.
